Roll 100. Swap meet.
There was a swap meet at the university. Some charity traded clothes for tokens. And then you could rummage among the clothes and if you found anything you liked you could trade it for tokens. If you didn’t have enough tokens you could pay cash. The proceeds and any left over clothes were sent to starving children somewhere. There must have been huge amounts of clothes left over, we handed in four shopping bags worth and left with one.
There was a small section of men’s clothing, but mostly the event attracts women. Knowing that I would be able to go through the men’s wear in a couple of minutes I brought cameras and film and passed the time taking pictures.
I found a rather worn but still serviceable leather jacket, it will hold together one autumn at least.
This roll was shot with a Pentax ME camera. It has aperture priority auto only, and has no manual mode except for a fixed 1/100 that works even if the batteries are out. But with the exposure compensation dial available for when I don’t agree with the light meter I don’t miss the manual controls.
I didn’t like the Rollei Superpan 200 film at first, it never popped, but when I started overexposing it slightly I quite like the results.
