Roll 104. Insufficient developer.
I have two development tanks. Both can do one roll of 120, or two rolls of 135 film at a time. They look pretty similar, but there’s one significant difference; one needs 500ml of chem to cover a roll of 120 film, the other 550ml.
I was reminded of that difference this morning when I checked how yesterday’s negs had turned out. The leopard pattern at the top of the frame is the result of an insufficient amount of developer in the tank. Shame, it would have been a nice picture.
Some cropping rescued a few of the frames.
This roll was also shot with the Pentacon Six, a camera that has quickly gained the place as my favourite medium format camera.
