Roll 191. Macro portraiture
When spring comes I’ll go hunting bugs with the camera. I have bought a set of macro rings for the Pentacon Six for the purpose.
Today I decided to try them out for the first time. As we’re still having snow here there aren’t many fancy bugs about, but assistant Idun offered to play bug, at least once we had bribed her with a tasty treat.
No, we don’t have dotted and numbered wallpapers, it’s Shanghai GP3 film again. Not nearly as bad as the Ultrafine Plus stuff, but in the darker sections it can still be hinted even after editing.
Going back to the 80mm lens on the Pentacon Six and replacing the prism finder with a waist level finder makes the camera feel like a toy in comparison.
