Roll 215. Helsinki wrap up
Just a few more frames from the trip to Helsinki. I did some street photography with the Yashica C, shooting the last couple of frames of the roll.
Before that I managed to make this portrait of my sister in law, they live in a neat apartment with tall windows and constantly drawn curtains for privacy, because the sidewalk runs right outside. Since everything is white inside the apartment it gives the effect of shooting right next to a giant soft box.
And finally, the reason for my trip. The baptism of my godson.
Since I was one of the godparents I joined the proud parents, the child and the priest at the altar, unable to take any pictures myself. But the horde of camcorders and cellphones aimed at us assured that there were a multitude of pictures and movies of the event anyway. The shot above, however, is unique. A candid shot behind the scenes right before the ceremony.
