Roll 299. Naginata with the Pentacon Six

The gym is pretty dark, the entire roll was shot at 1/30 and f2.8. I had good use of the shoulder stock to help stabilize the camera. My theory that I get about two steps of stability from it seems to hold up.

Yet, 1/30 is a very slow shutter to take pictures of people, even if they only move at a moderate speed.
